Developing the Strategy.

Assisting the client in setting a general objective that guides the development of the strategy, which consists in:
- setting the objectives to achieve
- preparing the relevant action plans.
Each Strategy has a scope of influence as follows :
- The Growth Strategy (Corporate Strategy) influences the overall directions of the company's activities;

Once the Competitive Strategy is defined, it is translated into Operational Strategies (Operating Strategy) and action plans which permit to achieve the fixed objectives.
These action plans must be prepared in coherence with the overall objectives, growth strategy, and competitive strategy.
The preparation of action plans involves describing, prioritizing, and scheduling the operations to be carried out in order to achieve the fixed objectives.
The definition of the strategy is based on many tools, of which we highlight the three as below, that we consider to be the most common :
- Market Research, which allows for a better understanding of the market in which the company is expected to operate;
- PESTEL Analysis, which helps to understand more better the macroeconomic environment of the company;
;
- SWOT Analysis, which is used to define the possible strategies and choose the most suitable ones..
