2AS will support its clients, via a confirmed partner-expert in the process of creating and/or redesigning their Websites.
      2AS will also provide them with assistance in identifying and resolving problems faced by their Information Systems (Hardware & Software). This IT support has several advantages including:
- Prevention of computer vulnerabilities that could affect client's professional activities;
- Improvement of operational and management KPIs
      2AS plans 5 steps in Website Design for its clients including :
– Definition of needs: 2AS will strive to help its customers define clearly their needs, which will enable them to ensure good and quick attraction of visitors seeking to fully understand the Company and its products;
– Search for inspiration: 2AS helps its clients to carry out an inspiration benchmark compared to existing Websites, and on the other hand to make an assembly of images, colors, texts and objects allowing you to choose the style of Website you are looking for ;
– Organization of content: 2AS will support its clients in determining the content and the organization of their Website ;
– Functional mock-up: 2AS will support its clients to develop functional models which will be viewed on the Website's User Interface.
2AS creates those models for its clients via simple sketches or digitally for viewing on different media (Mobiles, Tablets, PC, etc.);
– Color Mock-up: 2AS will assist its clients to better take care of the aesthetic expression of their Website. This will be done through the development of a graphic charter translating the visual elements at the level of the Website's User Interface.
      - Functional prototyping: 2AS will help clients develop functional prototypes that will be visualized at the user interface level of the website. These prototypes can be created as simple sketches or digitally for viewing on various devices (mobile, tablets, PC, etc.);

IT Support, for its part, will be provided by 2AS to its Smal Clients which have a limited team.
IT Support is very limited and is the Small Clients are not able to regularly monitor the proper functioning of their Information Systems.
The idea of outsourcing IT Support and Maintenance at 2AS's level allows those Clients to make up for the lack of internal resources. The IT support services to be provided by 2AS concerns :
– Hardware and Software Support;
– management of network infrastructure and their security;
– management of mobile devices (HHT, ... etc.);
– hosting and management of Data ;
– cloud services;
– cybersecurity.
In addition to all this, 2AS will provide its clients, via an Partner-Expert, with consulting tasks related to Website Design and IT Support.
