RECRUTEMENT FORMATION COACHING

      Supporting our clients, through a network of qualified partners, in the recruitment process by providing them with the necessary human resources.
We are also able to offer to our clients the training and coaching cycle to increase the skills of their teams. This cycle is intended both for managers who take-up a new position and for those who need to evolve in their team management practice.
      The goal is to offer participants everything they need to be in control of their responsibilities and results, to develop their anticipatory skills, refine their horizontal and vertical interactions, all while focusing on the daily development of their employees' skills.
Our objective is to assist our clients in the implementation of recruitment, training, and coaching actions:
  1) Recruitment: Assisting the client throughout the recruitment process, including:
- Identifying the need
- Defining the job description
- Candidate selection
- Job interviews
- Presenting a minimum of 3 candidates
- Assisting the selected candidate during the integration period.
  2) Training and Coaching: Supporting the client in developing their human resources and enhancing their skills through:
- Developing a management posture.
- Effective management of their responsibilities and results.
- Mastering the manager's toolbox.
- Assisting with Change management.
The development of the manager-Coach posture at all managerial levels;
- Conflict management
- Stress management and prevention of psychosocial risks
The development of collaboration within the team;
- Mastering communication at all levels and in all circumstances.
